Mountain Vibe Apps builds tools that respect your privacy. Our apps do not require accounts, do not collect personal data, and do not track you. What you put in stays on your device.
Parachute Log
Location data — Parachute Log can use your device location to automatically fill in the drop zone name when logging a jump. Location is used only for reverse geocoding at the moment of logging and is never transmitted to any server or stored externally. You can disable this in Settings.
Weather data — When logging a jump, the app fetches current weather conditions from Open-Meteo using your coordinates. Your coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo only to retrieve weather data and are not stored or used for any other purpose. You can disable this in Settings.
Jump log data — All jump records are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it using the app's export feature.
No analytics or tracking — Parachute Log contains no analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or third-party tracking of any kind.
FundaDrill
No data collected — FundaDrill does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. No internet connection is required or used during practice sessions.
Session and progress data — All session progress and results are stored locally on your device. This data is never shared externally.
No analytics or tracking — FundaDrill contains no analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or third-party tracking of any kind.
Third-Party Services
Open-Meteo (Parachute Log only) — A free, open-source weather API that does not require an API key or account. Coordinates are sent only to retrieve weather data at the moment of logging a jump. Open-Meteo terms.
